Hunt for the Dashed Vertical Bar Glyph

I created a TeXmacs article here (PDF) about some missing glyphs I needed to transcribe the "Galvanic Cells" chapter of DeVoe's Thermodynamics and Chemistry. My conclusion is that two new Unicode characters should be added.

I found the TeXmacs format particularly useful in this case because the subject I wrote about was a missing Unicode character needed to meet IUPAC's recommendations for drawing electrochemical cell line diagrams (see page 4 of this PDF). TeXmacs allowed me to import a custom EPS file which it then converts to PNG format when exporting my article source code into HTML format. See the article for details.
