Setup

Japanese

Install fcitx5 and fcitx5-mozc.

$ sudo apt install fctix5 fcitx5-mozc

Open Fcitx5 Configuration.

In Input Method tab, add Mozc to list of Current Input Method by selecting from Available Input Method.

Switch to Mozc via shortcut defined in Global Options tab under Hotkey and Trigger Input Method (default: Control+Space).

Spanish

Keyboard - Spanish (Latin American) changes fewer keys compared to English since it doesn't bother with supporting cedilla keys (`Ç`).

Keyboard - Spanish supports cedilla keys and dead-keys.
