(v1c4) A human officer of Duke Georg Carmine's Army. Childhood friend of Kaede Foxia. Unknowingly confronts Kazuya for supporting overthrowing Souma Kazuya. Kazuya explains how Halbert's plan will harm Kaede. Later, Halbert's father, Glaive Magna, pleads to Kazuya to have mercy on Halbert. Kazuya agrees and orders Halbert to be reässigned to the Forbidden Army under Kaede. (v1c6) Works for the Forbidden Army to build roads in Elfrieden. Is recruited by Kazuya to assist disaster recovery efforts for a dark elf landslide.

Juna Doma

Princess Liscia returns early from patrol to confront Kazuya. She finds her parents relaxing. She finds Kazuya deep in paperwork.
