Nanashi Mumei

Nanashi Mumei (ja: 名無　無名; en: “No-name Anonymous”; a.k.a. “Mooms”; a.k.a. “Cleopatra Eisenhower Da Vinci The Great The Third”, a.k.a. “Three”) is a Hololive English Council VTuber who debuted alongside Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, and Hakos Baelz.

Lore-wise, Mumei is a forgetful owl and “Guardian of Civilization” who enjoys “just watching” others instead of taking an active role in society. They are so long-lived that they have forgotten their original name and have forgotten almost all of their friends which saddens them. Historically, instead of making new friends who she knows she will eventually regret forgetting, she has preferred not to make friends at all.
