Notable Public Keys

Notable Public Keys is a book that records the public key fingerprints of major software developers that sign their work. (e.g. operating system disk images, binary executables, etc.). The book is maintained by Baltakatei. The objective is to produce an offline printed list of fingerprints that may be used to double-check that downloaded software was actually signed by the expected developers.

History

Exported PDF files are signed via Baltakatei's OpenPGP public key available here. PDF and signature files (i.e. “PDF”, “sig”) are also timestamped via OpenTimestamps (i.e. “sig ots”, “ots”).
