This template is used to quickly insert an anchor tag in a typical Mediawiki article so tacking the anchor name to the end of a URL (e.g. #NameOfAnchorHere in https://example.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Some_Page#NameOfAnchorHere) jumps a web browser to the anchor tag.
