This template renders a journal-entry line from an ISO 8601 local timestamp. It is normally written by Template:je substitution, not by hand.

Usage

renders as:
- 14:19-07 (21:19+00): Got onto plane at PDX.
t must be fixed-width ISO 8601 with seconds: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS±hh or ±hh:mm. An invalid t renders the raw value as an inline error marker.
