- ↑ Baltakatei: 2026-10-12: Likely the health advice show おもいッきりテレビ that Monta Mino hosted which aired around the same time as Waratte Iitomo.
- ↑ Baltakatei: 2026-10-12: In 2007, Final Fantasy games dominated the JRPG market; 2006 had Final Fantasy XII (PS2), Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII (PS2), Final Fantasy III (DS); 2007 had Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (DS), Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions (PSP), Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift (DS). In contrast, the Dragon Quest franchise had Dragon Quest Swords (Wii) in 2007. Final Fantasy had been the flagship franchise of Squaresoft while Dragon Quest had been the flagship franchise of Enix; the two companies merged in 2003, so, like the Hero, any offense the Hero might feel at their grandchild wanting products from his old companyʼs rival franchise would have been an old tired one by 2007.
